SUBSIDIES BUSINESS
Moscow region implemented measures of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses. The program has been around for several years. From 2014 to 2017, subsidies were given to 972 entrepreneurs.
In 2018, the following funds were allocated for subsidies:
- 300.0 million rubles – for the equipment modernization program,
- 50.0 million rubles – to compensate the cost of equipment leasing,
- 100.0 million rubles – to socially-oriented entrepreneurship.
Subsidies are issued on a competitive basis. Priority is given to those companies who plan to spend the funds received to expand production, create new jobs, and increase the salaries of employees.
Winners of the competition will be selected automatically, according to the number of points. More balls are assigned to priority industries.
It is important that the company does not have tax debts. Otherwise, the system will automatically block the application.
Employees of the Center for the Support of Entrepreneurship will arrive with a field check in all companies that received subsidies. They will recheck documents on the equipment, make photographs.

From this presentation, posted on the website of the Center for the Support of Business of the Moscow Region, in 2018 the largest amount of funds was allocated for entrepreneurs who are upgrading equipment. In 2018, manufacturing and agriculture are particularly encouraged. Other industries have little chance of getting subsidies.
Each entrepreneur will be given no more than 10 million rubles. Reimbursement for these funds can be no more than 50% of the cost of equipment.
First, the equipment must be fully paid (installments are not allowed) and put on balance until December 1.
To obtain funds, you must provide all the documents on the purchase and photos from the production, which show that the new equipment is working successfully.
If you buy domestic equipment, you are more likely to get subsidies.

The second significant direction for which funds are allocated is the leasing of equipment.
The initial lease payment is subsidized, but not more than 3 million rubles. And not more than 70% of the initial leasing installment.
There are no priority industries for leasing equipment in 2018. The main thing is that it should not be older than 5 years, was not a means of transport (the exception is special equipment) and was leased in 2018.

In 2018, 100 million rubles were allocated to support social entrepreneurship.
Special priority – nursery kindergartens. They are compensated by 3 million rubles. This may be private kindergartens, working without a license.
The rest social entrepreneurs – 2 million rubles.
With this money you can pay rent and utilities, buy tools and raw materials for handicrafts, equip classrooms and medical rooms for the nursery.
Startups can participate in the competition. But at the time of filing the application, the company should somehow prove itself in the field of social entrepreneurship.

Providing subsidies to small and medium-sized businesses engaged in the provision of services (production of goods) in the social sphere – 100.0 million rubles.

- job creation,
- salary increase,
- revenue growth.
Maximum amount up to 2.0 million rubles (3.0 million rubles at the opening of nursery groups).
Up to 85% of the costs incurred.
Types of reimbursable costs:
- rent and purchase of premises,
- payment of utility services,
- repair and overhaul,
- acquisition of fixed assets,
- purchase of raw materials and tools (handicraft),
- we will participate in the exhibition and fair events (handicraft),
- professional development of employees, contracts for medical care (nursery).
